These terms govern your use of AgenticREI.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
What the Service is — and isn’t
AgenticREI.ai is an analysis tool. It runs real-estate listings through deterministic financial math and uses AI to explain the results. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing the Service produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, or finance any property. Always do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals before investing.
Estimates, not guarantees. Verdicts, cash-flow figures, offer plans, and financing fits are estimates built from the listing text you provide and stated assumptions. Actual results will differ. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes.
Generated documents are drafts. Letters of intent, negotiation scripts, and checklists are starting points, not legal documents. Have an attorney review anything before you sign or send it.
We are not a lender or broker. Financing information describes common loan programs generally. Joining the lender-match list is a request to be contacted, not an application, offer, or commitment of credit.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
One person per account. Don’t share, resell, or transfer access.
You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
The free tier includes a limited number of analyses. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll make it right.
We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal, never mid-cycle.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the Service: no scraping, reselling output at scale, reverse engineering, automated bulk requests, probing our security, or interfering with other users.
Only submit listing content you have the right to use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content and our rights
You own the listing text you submit and the reports generated for you, and you may use your reports freely in your own investing business.
We own the Service — the software, engine, brand, and design. These terms don’t transfer any of that to you.
You grant us a limited license to process what you submit in order to operate and improve the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or losses from investment decisions made using the Service.
Changes to the Service or these terms
We’re actively building; features may change, be added, or be retired. We may update these terms, and material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
